Domestic (India)

  • Shipped via trusted courier services.
  • Payment methods: major UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Handmade to order: delivery in 7–10 business days.
  • In remote areas, alternate shipping (e.g., Speed Post) may take 4–5 days longer.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please ensure you provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.

International

  • Delivery typically takes 15-20 business days.
  • Duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the price and are your responsibility.
  • We currently do not support returns or exchanges for international orders.

Refund & Return Policy

To provide the best customer experience, our Return or Replacement Policy is in place. However, your product is eligible for return or replacement only if the wrong product was delivered to you. Also, please note that all items are 100% handmade and created(on order basis) by our artists by their sheer hard work, so small variations may occur. 

Returns & Replacements

  • Only applicable if a wrong item is delivered.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Personalised products, or those with visible wear, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

Within 24 hours of delivery, email ishacreation50@gmail.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM IST) with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Refunds

  • If stock is available, we’ll replace the wrong item at no extra cost.
  • If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
