Returns & Replacements

  • Only applicable if a wrong item is delivered.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Personalized products, or those with visible wear, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

Within 24 hours of delivery, email support@ishacreation.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM IST) with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Refunds

  • If stock is available, we’ll replace the wrong item at no extra cost.
  • If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.
